TERESA WALLACE
I was born in Vienna and raised in a bilingual, multicultural environment that shaped my ability to understand people, behaviours, and communication across cultures. My life and career have taken me through Barcelona, Rome, Dublin, Vienna, and now Scotland, giving me a global perspective that informs everything I do.
My academic background spans Psychoanalysis, Positive Psychology, and Applied Psychology with a focus on Neuroscience, giving me a deep understanding of how people think, change, and thrive. Over the years, I’ve combined this with real-world experience in HR leadership, business development, digitalisation, and organisational strategy.
Professionally, I have spent more than 15 years in senior roles, supporting organisations through growth, restructuring, and digital transformation. My work includes contributions to major digitalisation projects.
This blend of people expertise and business strategy is now at the heart of my work in Scotland, across the UK and Austria.
I speak German, English, and Spanish fluently, allowing me to connect effortlessly with diverse teams and international clients. I also deeply understand the nuances of UK and EU and Austrian employment law, workplace culture, diversity requirements, and modern HR expectations.
My Approach
What sets me apart is the combination of psychological insight, HR clarity, and strategic operational understanding. I analyse behavioural patterns, communication dynamics, and organisational structures, allowing me to identify problems at their root—long before they escalate.
My early work across psychology, gaming theory, marketing, and data science helped me create a unique method for predicting and preventing harmful workplace behaviours, including bullying. Today, I apply this knowledge to help companies build environments where people feel safe, respected, and empowered.
While my work is grounded in analysis and strategy, transformation requires partnership. I walk alongside my clients—leaders, teams, and organisations—helping them navigate challenges, gain clarity, and rebuild culture with stability and confidence.
